It is always advisable to wash one’s hair every alternate day, so that the effects of dust and pollution can be kept at bay. Hair dryer should be used from a distance so as not to allow excessive heat to damage the hair follicles. It is always better to let hair dry naturally, or by patting it dry with the towel, as it lessens the chances of breakage.
